Great experience at appointment for ear wax removal. Made to feel at ease straight away. Staff are superb. After a few straightforward questions Jenny showed me the problem on the screen and explained the whole procedure. Fully recommend Saltburn Hearing Clinic ran by Jenny, the audiologist there. The clinic is lovely, quiet and modern and I was able to describe exactly what my hearing problems are. Jenny is really thorough and explained my test results well to me. Much better customer experience than previous tests I have experienced in busy big brand chains. She tailors the test to what you need. The reception staff are also really professional and helpful. Will recommend to all my family and friends.
