I have been investigating hearing aids for 9 months now, and has tried many High Street options for addressing my higher frequency hearing loss and difficulty in following conversations in restaurants, etc. I am a technical person, and wanted to know the pros and cons of various models and suppliers, and not have that hidden to me behind various pricing tiers and OEM branding. I decided to make an appointment with Tripp Hearing, and was introduced to their audiologist Hannah. She has been superb in providing impartial and friendly advice, as well as providing a full range of hearing assessment, including real ear measurement. After three appointments with Hannah, I have purchased a pair of Phonak Audio Sphere aids which are excellent. I'd recommend Hannah and Trip Hearing to anyone who wants to properly get their hearing loss assessed and address professionally. Don't just go to the cheapest.

I have been using Tripp for some years now, for microsuction and hearing aids. They have been consistently outstanding, explaining all procedures and kit clearly and with a deep knowledge of what they do. Clare in particular has been most helpful and keeps me informed of new developments in hearing aids, all with a cheerful, charming personality. A trial of new AI-powered aids was impressive and I was happy to purchase them. The service provided by all the Tripp staff could not be better.

Hearing had been more difficult so rang for ear wax removal appointment. Excellent response - seen next working day. Georgina was very thorough and using microsuction cleared both ears of wax. She also gave hearing aids a short service which I had not been expecting. Excellent all round … thank you Georgina - very friendly, professional approach with careful explanations of the process.
