I attended my Hearing Health Check appointment on 05/06/25. I was greeted with smiles by Rickymay who ended up doing my hearing health check, she thoroughly explained the process from start to finish and immediately put me at ease with her warm and friendly way. I have never had one done before and the equipment used was obviously the most up to date in technology, the room was spotlessly clean standards and the whole experience was calming and effortless. There was 2 other members of staff on floor one called Janine who was equally as friendly and welcoming, the other girl I didn’t catch her name but she was smiles a plenty too. I cannot recommend this store, its staff and its service enough! Wonderful first time experience! I will recommend to everyone I know. Do not hesitate to book your free hearing health check here you will not be let down by the service 10/10
