My children finally convinced me I should get my hearing checked and I am so very glad I did. I was nervous before my first appointment with Daniel but he has a way of putting you at ease immediately. I was impressed with how he keeps up to date with new techniques and equipment and offers a professional, supportive and friendly service. And I no longer need to guess at what anyone is saying and, because they are so discreet, many of my contacts have no idea that I am wearing hearing aids!

I had significant hearing loss in my right ear due to compacted ear wax and ear drops were not shifting it. Daniel gently removed my ear wax using microsuction and irrigation. Instantly, I could hear again. I had not had ear wax removed before and was very nervous about the procedure but Daniel put me at ease. We are very lucky that Daniel set up his practice in New Mills.
