My partner and I had a free hearing test assessment with Dr. Rosanne Westcott, and we just wanted to say that it was amazing. She was really kind and patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions. She provided great information and recommendations. I’ve now found the perfect clinic for audiology. I would definitely come back when needed, and I highly recommend it.

After a failed attempt with BUPA to clear a blocked ear, I booked in with Sussex Audiology Centre. Within less than a minute, a very professional clinician not only put me at ease but also cleared the blockage quickly and effortlessly. Needless to say, she’s now my favourite person in the world! The facility is fantastic, the staff are highly professional, and—most importantly—they really know what they’re doing. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Made an online appointment yesterday for 2 pm today,, this was for wax removal, a return visit since my first visit 18 months ago, great service with lovely people (Sara and Asa) , can’t praise them enough.. I can hear clearly now Thank You..
