My son had been complaining about a blocked ear and my brother in law recommended Gatwick Audiology, whom he had used on more than one occasion. When booking an appointment the lady I spoke to was so accommodating. When we arrived my son went straight in and by the time I had arrived the doctor had already done one ear and was working on the second, very efficient. The second ear was very blocked and the doctor kept checking that my son was ok and explaining what she was doing. She cleared a lot of the wax and showed us the progress she made and explained the reason for him having to go back for a second appointment. She was extremely professional and just gave me the reassurance that there was no serious issues with my son's heating. I would definitely recommend them.

I had an appointment with Prince who was kind, professional and very knowledgeable he gave me a thorough examination and explained everything so well, he adjusted my hearing aids and has referred me to Mr Sam Khemani this week...not even my last private consultant could be bothered to help me, just telling me it's Tinnitus so get on with it . I came out of his clinic feeling better and more confident...so thank you Prince I am very grateful
