After having problems with my ears, I went to visit rob this morning. Appointment availability is excellent, the care is friendly and professional, a warm welcome on arrival and sorted with my ears within 20 minutes! The inclusive hearing test is a really nice touch for value. Really important to support local businesses, and these two gents provide an excellent service. Will come again! Thank you!

Excellent service after having water trapped in ear canal. The staff are friendly and explain the procedure they are about to perform beforehand. Very welcoming, clean and tidy inside the Pelsall Village Centre, Recommend 10/10
