I had wax removed from my ears followed by a hearing test. The test showed lose of hearing needing more checks. Following week Carl the audiologist rechecked my ears to confirm need for more help. Throughout, all procedures were pain free, performed professionally with explanation given each step. Their knowledge reassuring, and helpful. Both Emilee and Carl welcoming and friendly, made me feel looked after. I would recommend their service without a doubt.
