Fantastic friendly and helpful place. I was worried about ear wax build up effecting my hearing aids but Gerry was so helpful. He sorted out the problem, explained why it happened and that I shouldn't worry. I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic service that is both hugely professional and wonderfully caring, I was a little nervous about having the procedure but any concerns were immediately dispelled with the warm and friendly explanation of what would be done and the hugely friendly delivery of the key information, one word describes my experience… AMAZING!

Very professional and effective service. My ears were really very badly blocked, to the degree that I had little to no hearing on one side. I've also suffered from tinnitus for years. I've had my ears syringed on the NHS many times but it never really fixed the problem. Tonight, for the first time I can remember, my tinnitus has pretty much vanished. Anyone who has tinnitus will know what a big deal this is. And of course, my hearing had been restored. My treatment today also included a full audio spectrum test, which revealed that I do have some age (wear & tear) hearing loss. At 61 after a life of rock music and power tools, this is to be expected. But the guy said I'm no way ready for needing hearing aids. So not only professional, but decent and honest too. Thank you so much.
