I Booked in with Sarah to have a wax removal. First class service, from the reception to the wax removal. Very attentive by smiley and polite young ladies. And to top the lot I can now hear better than I ever expected. So if it’s wax removal you need book the House of Hearing at Morpeth and ask for Sarah.

My husband and I made a joint appointment to generally have our hearing checked. From the moment we arrived we were treated so professionally by everyone. The clinic is immaculate. Sarah checked our ears internally and my husband had Microsuction for a small amount of wax which was totally painless but Sarah was so gentle and caring.We then saw Sarah Gregg for hearing tests and she is so knowledgeable and assuring. We both felt totally at ease and we will now be yearly regular customers as we felt totally comfortable with the treatment we received and first class customer service. We would highly recommend this clinic for any hearing problems.

The problem was resolved and after a trial of new hearing aids, I made the purchase and have absolutely no regrets. Not cheap, but the latest technology restored my hearing to better than it has ever been - even before the use of hearing aids and quite unbelievable. The premises are spotless and the staff are most helpful. This is a very professional operation and I would highly recommend it to all.
