Booked for an earwax removal as was struggling to hear out my right ear after using a cotton bud explained that to him when I got there showed me what was in my ears and removed the blockage. Amazing service, friendly guy would 100% recommend

Just taken my 95 year old Mum for an appointment for syringing .We were early but Riz welcomed us in straight away + made us feel welcome + comfortable .So friendly .Unfortunately through no fault of his ,he wasn't able to remove the long hardened wax+ skin + she will need to go to the hospital with special equipment. Riz gave us a reduction on the fee + we were so pleased. Great service.
