Having been suffering from waking up with almost total deafness in both ears and terrible tinnitus and it going on for over four days. I had seen an emergency GP who said that it was compacted ear wax and prescribed Sodium bicarbonate. I purchased my hearing aids so I checked their website for an appointment. The earliest they could do it was nearly two weeks away. I contacted Jane and though she couldn't fit me in mobile was willing to do it at her home. Very professional and explained the procedure, what she was doing and why. I can now hear again and the tinnitus has reduced. Jane also gave me some great maintenance advice. Brilliant and cheaper than Specsavers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jane and will definitely use again in the future if needed.

I have honestly had such an excellent experience with Jane. She was very friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease. Jane is very gentle and makes sure you are feeling comfortable through the whole process. I rang a few places but found Jane to be the most affordable.
